Co-Owner, Operations Manager, Rotational Instructor, Instructor Training, Curriculum
I’m Anjannette, one of the owners and instructors at High Priestess Pole Studio. My pole fitness journey began six years ago, and it has completely transformed me. I had been living in New York City pursuing an acting career when I was introduced to pole by a friend who described it as a “fun workout.” Not realizing such a thing was possible, I tried it for myself and was immediately hooked. After moving back to NEPA, I discovered a local studio and continued my training, became an instructor, and competed nationally four times, placing 1st in Level 3 Dramatic and 2nd in Doubles with one of my best friends. Pole dance had given me a new source of purpose and pride in my life. I learned how to love and appreciate my body and all it can do.
I wanted to open my own pole studio so that I could share my journey and empowerment with others. My dream for High Priestess is to welcome as many people into our community as possible and foster an environment where sexuality can be healthily embraced. The best part of pole fitness is the family that comes with it, and we welcome everyone to join us.
