This six-week series is perfect if you are brand new to pole fitness. In this series, we teach you the basics of pole dancing from climbing, to pole pull ups, spins on static or spin, and more. By the end of the six weeks, you will be able to put all of what you learned together into several, short combination routines. This series is a prerequisite for our other classes. A test out option is available upon request.
