Below is a bird’s eye view of our weekly schedule. Please continue scrolling to learn more about the unique classes we offer and the days and times they’re offered!

Once you have an active membership or drop-in, book your classes via the Fitli app, the program used to purchase membership.
Classes are first come, first serve. If they are full you can choose to be added to the waitlist.

Class Descriptions

All of our class are 75 minutes long. Each class begins with a 15 minute warm-up. Please continue reading to learn more about the unique classes we offer!

Beginner Pole Fitness

TUES 12:00pm – 1:15pm | 6:30pm – 7:45pm
THURS 12:00pm – 1:15pm | 6:30pm – 7:45pm
SAT 10:30am – 11:45am

This 75 minute class is just the right fit if you are beginning or getting back into the swing of things. We cover the basics in every class, so you will work on climbing, hand grip, some spins on either spin or static, and basic floor-work.

Intermediate Pole Fitness

MON, WED
8:00pm – 9:15pm

This 75 minute class is for those who are comfortable with inverting and climbing. In this class, you will learn aerial tricks and combos on either spin or static pole. You must graduate beginner classes and/or be assessed by our instructors to take this class.

Advanced Pole Fitness

COMING SOON

Once you are comfortable with our Intermediate Pole Fitness class, and feel like you are ready to progress to the next level, then you have come to the right class. This class utilizes both spin and static pole, and will feature more advanced techniques and tricks.

Filth and Fun

FRI 6:30pm – 7:45pm
SAT 1:30pm – 2:45pm

A class designed for all levels. Looking to boost your sensuality and confidence? We tend to get a little… sexy in this class, so if you are ready to unleash your inner minx, give this class a try. Heels not necessary, but welcome for intermediate/advanced members (or if assessed by our instructors). No photo/video allowed during this class.

Booty Barre

MON, WEDS 6:30pm – 7:45pm
TUES, THURS 10:00am – 11:15am
SAT 12:00pm – 1:15pm

This is an all-level, total body conditioning class to help with your pole training. We work on building up the muscles necessary to help us work on our pole goals. If you’re looking to sweat and tone those glutes, then this is the class for you. Looking to polish up that invert or climb like a pro? Then look no further.

Flexibility

MON, WED
5:00pm – 6:15pm

Splits, and backbends, and straddles, oh my! Whether you want to bend yourself in half backwards or just increase your range of motion, then you should attend this class. This class is for all levels and focuses on building up the muscles necessary for splits and backbends (hip flexors, hamstrings, glutes, and shoulders).

Liquid Motion®

TUES, THURS
8:00pm – 9:15pm

This is a 75 minute class. Liquid Motion® is a methodology that can apply to any aspect of life, from everyday movement to technical dance vocabulary. This program teaches how to achieve a seamless and natural movement quality by applying basic dance theory and sensual movement exploration.

Open Pole

WED 2:00pm – 4:45pm
THURS, FRI 5:00pm – 6:15pm

Looking to work on something you learned in class and want some extra practice? Drop in to one of our Open Pole spots. If you need assistance or guidance, an instructor will be there to help.

Private Pole Lessons

MON – SAT
Based on instructor availability.

If you are looking to get one on one guidance from a certified instructor, then you should book a private lesson. These 60 and 120 minute sessions are tailored for whatever you are looking to work on. These lessons are based on the availability of the instructor you want to work with, so you will need to contact them individually to book your appointment.

Pole Parties

FRI, SAT
8:30pm – 10:30pm

Do you want to have a ladies’ night out, bachelorette party, or a “just because I want to have fun” night with your friends? Then book yourself a pole party! Parties can be up to 120 minutes long, will include a warm up, games, and a fun little beginner combo. So bring your party hats, your fun pants, and a couple of friends and have a night on the town with us! Must be booked at least two weeks in advance.
